KRT24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT24 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT24-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, STAT5a, and Tuberin. Each is linked with KRT24 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT24-to-partner and partner-to-KRT24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by KRT24-low versus KRT24-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT24→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
