KRT20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT20 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT20-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Cyclin-D1, and eIF4G. Each is linked with KRT20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT20-to-partner and partner-to-KRT20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by KRT20-low versus KRT20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT20→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
