KRT18P8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT18P8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,110 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT18P8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomerase holoenzyme complex assembly, Positive regulation of low-density lipoprotein receptor activity, and Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane. Each is linked with KRT18P8 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT18P8-to-partner and partner-to-KRT18P8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Telomerase holoenzyme complex assembly grouped by KRT18P8-low versus KRT18P8-high in THYM.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT18P8→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT18P8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
