Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRT18P58 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KRT18P58 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher KRT18P58 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRT18P58 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and COAD show a favorable association.

CHOL, LUSC, and TGCT are the cancer types where KRT18P58 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
