Q-omics provides the consensus-scored KRT18P57 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. KRT18P57 expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, KRT18P57 is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, KRT18P57 RNA expression shows 13,986 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Together, these results highlight LIHC, KIRC, and DLBC as cancer lineages where KRT18P57 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
