KRT18P37

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT18P37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,517 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT18P37-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT8P33, KRT18, and KRT18P11. Each is linked with KRT18P37 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT18P37-to-partner and partner-to-KRT18P37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT18P37 versus KRT8P33 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT18P37→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT18P37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
