KRT18P34

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT18P34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,324 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT18P34-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA2, RAP2B, and SAMD1. Each is linked with KRT18P34 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT18P34-to-partner and partner-to-KRT18P34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRT18P34 versus MTA2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT18P34→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT18P34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
