Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KRT18P34 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KRT18P34 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher KRT18P34 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KRT18P34 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and UVM show a favorable association.

UCEC, UVM, and KIRP are the cancer types where KRT18P34 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
