KRT18P28

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT18P28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,089 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT18P28-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ERBB3 signaling pathway, Positive regulation of blood-brain barrier permeability, and Pyrimidine ribonucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with KRT18P28 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT18P28-to-partner and partner-to-KRT18P28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERBB3 signaling pathway grouped by KRT18P28-low versus KRT18P28-high in PAAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT18P28→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT18P28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
