KRT18P10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT18P10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,151 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT18P10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage, Response to bacterial lipoprotein, and Telomerase holoenzyme complex assembly. Each is linked with KRT18P10 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT18P10-to-partner and partner-to-KRT18P10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT18P10→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT18P10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
