KRT18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 526 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT18-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1103P, RNU6-871P, and OR11H12. Each is linked with KRT18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT18-to-partner and partner-to-KRT18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1103P grouped by KRT18-low versus KRT18-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT18→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
