KRT15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRT15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 963 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT15-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPHA2, CCDC116, and PLIN1. Each is linked with KRT15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT15-to-partner and partner-to-KRT15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPHA2 grouped by KRT15-low versus KRT15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT15→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
