KRT15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT15-associated genes across cancer lineages are UCP1, SLC35G3, and LRIT2. Each is linked with KRT15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT15-to-partner and partner-to-KRT15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UCP1 grouped by KRT15-low versus KRT15-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT15→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
