KRT14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRT14 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,993 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRT14-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHD8, INTS5, and ANKRD27. Each is linked with KRT14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRT14-to-partner and partner-to-KRT14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRT14→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRT14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
