Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,633 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KRR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYG1, RPRD2, and RBM12. Each is linked with KRR1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRR1-to-partner and partner-to-KRR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KRR1 versus MYG1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
