Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,636 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Replication fork processing, DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity, and Maturation of SSU-rRNA. Each is linked with KRR1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRR1-to-partner and partner-to-KRR1 results are reported.
