Across TCGA cell cohorts, KRR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB5, OR2M5, and PLA2G2E. Each is linked with KRR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRR1-to-partner and partner-to-KRR1 results are reported.
