KRIT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRIT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,353 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPIHBP1, PSMB3, and RNU6-74P. Each is linked with KRIT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRIT1-to-partner and partner-to-KRIT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPIHBP1 grouped by KRIT1-low versus KRIT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
