KRCC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRCC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 787 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-275P, RN7SL429P, and RNU6-380P. Each is linked with KRCC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRCC1-to-partner and partner-to-KRCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-275P grouped by KRCC1-low versus KRCC1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KRCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KRCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
