Across TCGA patient cohorts, KRBOX1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,775 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KRBOX1-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and DNA-templated transcription elongation. Each is linked with KRBOX1-AS1 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KRBOX1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-KRBOX1-AS1 results are reported.
