Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KPRP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,921 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KPRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE6A, YPEL1, and GRK3. Each is linked with KPRP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KPRP-to-partner and partner-to-KPRP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KPRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→KPRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
