KPNA6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KPNA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,592 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KPNA6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TXLNA, CELF1, and DFFA. Each is linked with KPNA6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KPNA6-to-partner and partner-to-KPNA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KPNA6 versus TXLNA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KPNA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KPNA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
