Across TCGA cell cohorts, KPNA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,157 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KPNA6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RISC complex assembly, Positive regulation of viral process, and Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis. Each is linked with KPNA6 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KPNA6-to-partner and partner-to-KPNA6 results are reported.
