Across TCGA cell cohorts, KPNA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KPNA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF10, PRAMEF20, and PRAMEF17. Each is linked with KPNA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KPNA6-to-partner and partner-to-KPNA6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF10 grouped by KPNA6-low versus KPNA6-high in LUNG_SCLC.
