KPNA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KPNA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,535 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KPNA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6803, MIR6777, and CCDC169-SOHLH2. Each is linked with KPNA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KPNA1-to-partner and partner-to-KPNA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6803 grouped by KPNA1-low versus KPNA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KPNA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KPNA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
