Across TCGA patient cohorts, KNOP1P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,707 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KNOP1P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomerase RNA localization, U2-type prespliceosome assembly, and DNA strand elongation. Each is linked with KNOP1P5 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KNOP1P5-to-partner and partner-to-KNOP1P5 results are reported.
