Across TCGA patient cohorts, KNOP1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,152 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KNOP1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, Mitochondrial translation, and Amino acid activation. Each is linked with KNOP1P1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KNOP1P1-to-partner and partner-to-KNOP1P1 results are reported.
