KNOP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KNOP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,262 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KNOP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP3CC, SYNE1, and ABCA6. Each is linked with KNOP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KNOP1-to-partner and partner-to-KNOP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KNOP1 versus PPP3CC in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KNOP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KNOP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
