KNOP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KNOP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KNOP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, Cyclin-E1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with KNOP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KNOP1-to-partner and partner-to-KNOP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by KNOP1-low versus KNOP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KNOP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KNOP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
