Across TCGA cell cohorts, KNOP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,524 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KNOP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cell PML body, DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, and Regulation of chromatin organization. Each is linked with KNOP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KNOP1-to-partner and partner-to-KNOP1 results are reported.
