KNDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KNDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,524 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KNDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAIP, SNRPD3, and GTF2A2. Each is linked with KNDC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KNDC1-to-partner and partner-to-KNDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAIP grouped by KNDC1-low versus KNDC1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KNDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KNDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
