KMT5C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KMT5C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,930 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KMT5C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, RPRD1B, and SAE1. Each is linked with KMT5C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT5C-to-partner and partner-to-KMT5C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KMT5C versus ADNP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KMT5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KMT5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
