The most reproducible KMT5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS27P1, SEPTIN14P19, and RN7SKP93. Each is linked with KMT5C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT5C-to-partner and partner-to-KMT5C results are reported.
