The most reproducible KMT5C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with KMT5C in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT5C-to-partner and partner-to-KMT5C results are reported.
