Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, KMT5C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KMT5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are C20orf85, IL22, and CYP39A1. Each is linked with KMT5C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT5C-to-partner and partner-to-KMT5C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C20orf85 grouped by KMT5C-low versus KMT5C-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KMT5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→KMT5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
