KMT5B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KMT5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,504 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KMT5B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPLL, NCKAP1L, and NUMA1. Each is linked with KMT5B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT5B-to-partner and partner-to-KMT5B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KMT5B versus HNRNPLL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KMT5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KMT5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
