Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KMT5B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,626 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KMT5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02416, ETV2, and PLXDC2. Each is linked with KMT5B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT5B-to-partner and partner-to-KMT5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KMT5B versus LINC02416 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KMT5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KMT5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
