Across TCGA patient cohorts, KMT5B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KMT5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, NF2, and PCNA. Each is linked with KMT5B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT5B-to-partner and partner-to-KMT5B results are reported.
