Across TCGA cell cohorts, KMT5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,469 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KMT5B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of stem cell population maintenance, Protein modification by small protein removal, and Positive regulation of DNA recombination. Each is linked with KMT5B in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT5B-to-partner and partner-to-KMT5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of stem cell population maintenance grouped by KMT5B-low versus KMT5B-high in BREAST.
