Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KMT5A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,726 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KMT5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FMNL2, LINC01410, and DPYS. Each is linked with KMT5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT5A-to-partner and partner-to-KMT5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KMT5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KMT5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
