KMT2E

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KMT2E protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,844 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KMT2E-associated genes across cancer lineages are KSR1, KRT8P44, and H4C10P. Each is linked with KMT2E in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT2E-to-partner and partner-to-KMT2E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KMT2E versus KSR1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KMT2E→partner) and Y-score (partner→KMT2E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
