KMT2E

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KMT2E mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KMT2E-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and eEF2. Each is linked with KMT2E in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT2E-to-partner and partner-to-KMT2E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by KMT2E-low versus KMT2E-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KMT2E→partner) and Y-score (partner→KMT2E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
