KMT2D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KMT2D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,466 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KMT2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTFMT, RREB1, and HSPD1. Each is linked with KMT2D in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT2D-to-partner and partner-to-KMT2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTFMT grouped by KMT2D-low versus KMT2D-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KMT2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→KMT2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
