KMT2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KMT2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,705 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KMT2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOCS7, GPATCH1, and DGKD. Each is linked with KMT2B in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT2B-to-partner and partner-to-KMT2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KMT2B versus SOCS7 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KMT2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KMT2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
