KMT2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KMT2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,451 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KMT2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBA2, POLR2E, and KMT2B_S351. Each is linked with KMT2B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT2B-to-partner and partner-to-KMT2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KMT2B versus UBA2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KMT2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KMT2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
