Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KMT2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,994 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KMT2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are OVOL3, UBA2, and ZNF507. Each is linked with KMT2B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT2B-to-partner and partner-to-KMT2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KMT2B versus OVOL3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KMT2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KMT2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
