The most reproducible KMT2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR173, SAYSD1, and ZFYVE19. Each is linked with KMT2B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT2B-to-partner and partner-to-KMT2B results are reported.
