Across TCGA patient cohorts, KMT2B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 97 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KMT2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, INPP4B, and ATM. Each is linked with KMT2B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT2B-to-partner and partner-to-KMT2B results are reported.
