Across TCGA cell cohorts, KMT2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,103 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KMT2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with KMT2B in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT2B-to-partner and partner-to-KMT2B results are reported.
