Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KMT2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,731 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KMT2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL26, NRF1, and PDLIM1. Each is linked with KMT2A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT2A-to-partner and partner-to-KMT2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KMT2A versus RPL26 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KMT2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KMT2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
